The raincape has been one of the best purchases I have made for my baby.  I wear her in a front pack, rather than using a buggy, and with the cape I have been able to put it over both her and the pack, so she is totally dry, and yet it adds no extra bulk or weight for me to carry.  when I'm not using it I keep it in the pouch of my pack, because it folds so small - too easy! I absolutely adore this cape, and so does my daughter - she gets excited when she sees it as she knows she is going for a walk in the rain! I also want to thank you for the exceptional service when I purchased the cape - I really appreciated the immediate contact and efficiency of the order processing - I had my cape within two days.
And I was talking to a friend in Auckland who has a 9 year old daughter - she is still using her cape now... it is the perfect length to throw over her jacket when she is riding her pony.  So there you go!

We have, at last, had a lot of rain so I can report back on the raincoat. My son was really pleased with it. It kept the water out even as he tore through the park on his bike in the rain. We also have a poncho that was passed on to us by a New Zealand cousin and that has been terrific. It lasted from when he was a tiny baby up until the age of 6. I really like the way that it could be used in a stroller and also when he was a baby in a papoose. It’s now been passed on to his sister and we have a lovely picture of her in it at the bottom of Franz Joseph glacier.

Our two year old son Blake is very active and loves playing with the hose while I feed calves on the farm, the jacket we purchased from Toi design was a godsend. I can’t believe how water proof it is. He stays dry and warm inside meanwhile saving on washing for me. Our son is really small for his age and we find it hard to find decent wet weather gear to fit. His new jacket has great elastic bands at the wrist to stop the water going up his sleeves. We will really get value for money as the jacket will fit him for at least the next 2-3 winters.

The capes are brilliant, my boys walk to school rain or hail now.  Not only do they keep the kids and their bags dry, they make the boys easy to spot in traffic and the entertainment factor (the boys think they are superheros) is great.  We have had so many enquiries as to where we got them, I give out your web address all of the time!I will purchase another cape when my daughter is older (for now we have the whole setup with her pram), and hopefully pink will be in.  Until then I will continue to recommend your product to all and sundry!

The cape has been a god-send. The weather in Wellington has been exceptionally miserable this year, and very wet.  I drop my 11 month old to daycare each morning and on days when it is pelting down I am glad to have the cape to keep Max dry.  It's so easy just to slip over top of his jacket and clothes, and thin enough that he can still fit in his car seat with the cape on, so he is ready to go with no mucking around before I get him out of the car. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Yep, it’s a great cape, so easy in the morning when I take my five year old to school to grab the cape for my one year old when its raining, especially when you are jumping in and out of the car, not having any wet sleeves to peal off is a big bonus.

I have toi capes for both my children. They keep them at the bottom of their school bags as they don't take up much room. Then they're always available if it comes on to rain during the day.

Yes, we are very happy with the cape and it was just what we were looking for - something that goes on and off easily whether in house or in car so Hamish not sitting in wet clothes.  I wish I'd known you were in Kelburn though so could have saved myself the courier fee!!  A friend of mine has also bought one since seeing ours.

I have to say that the Toi Raincape is the greatest!!  I first bought a Toi Raincape in 1995 and my 4 sons all utilised it.  I love the quality and it is so handy to just pop in my bag.   I was thrilled to see a pink rain cape that my daughter now proudly sports.  The Toi Jacket is fantastic for my 5 yr old, it is easy for him to put on and get off,  he carries it in his school bag for those days when the weather is not so kind, which at the moment is right on 3pm every day!   I have no hesitation in recommending Toi Raincapes and Jackets to others!  They are absolutely brilliant and an investment! Hey nice to hear from you and yes you can put it on your website.  The toi cape has been fabulous for us especially as my 5 year old daughter has Cerebral Palsy and is in a wheelchair.  We find the cape brilliant as it fits perfectly over her and the chair really well. It also means I don't have to struggle putting her arms into sleeves which is quite difficult  at the best of times.We were also very impressed with the service we received right from the email order system to the very quick delivery and the follow-up service has been great.

"Thank you for your follow up, I love love love the capes, and they are wonderful for the rainy Invercargill days we get! The big kids (6 and 5) have had so many comments when they wear their capes to school, and ofcourse my littlie (8 months) looks gorgeus in her red cape!  I can't wait until she is running around splashing thru puddles in her new red and white polka dotted gummies wearing her red cape, she'll look a picture! What I love about them most of all though is that although it was a big initial outlay (buying 3 capes), they are worth it 10 times over as I won;t have to buy another raincoat for a long long time, and the great this is they can wear them over their normal warmer jacket and still stay dry.  It fits nicely over school bags whilst keeping everything nice and dry. Yes, we are very happy with our rain capes! It's great the way they fit over our woolly jerseys and bags too. Everywhere we go, people always compliment us and ask us where we bought them! The lovely bright colours help keep us safe when we are near the road. We're not quite three yet but we can put them on ourselves and do up the zips too which makes life easier for our parents! Any fears that it was going to be too big have been allayed; taking the wee man to childcare on the bike in the cold and wet weather has been no problem at all, arriving dry and warm. Hi Barry Yes thanks so much for the awesome jacket for my son, he is actually only 2yrs but the smallest size is great, its nice and long so his bum doesnt get wet  and the length in the arms is no worries b/c they have great cuffs on the sleeves so they dont slip down over his hands.  He loves it, its light weight but feels durable at the same time.  So theres no worries throwing it on with his gumboots as he takes off down the farm with me or Dad

The pink Toi capes have been an absolute life saver! Such a great invention! I have attached a photo of my Twins in their capes... We have had so many people comment on the capes - it seems that most people wish that they had known about the fact that they can cover the car seat capsules.As I have 4 children under the age of 3 and a 1/2, it is sometimes quite a performance getting them all in and out of the car, so having the Twins covered in their car seats has been invaluable in keeping them warm and dry whilst I load their siblings into the car. And they are such great value too, as they will last them until they go to school.
I have also been very impressed with the quality of them - they are very well made and easy to put through the washing machine when they get mucky!
Also, we were impressed with the quality of service from your company - you answered all our initial email queries prior to purchase promptly and once ordered, the capes arrived really quickly! It is also nice that you have taken the trouble to follow up on our order to find out how we are getting on with them.
So, all in all I have been hugely satisfied with our purchase and have recommended them to other Mums who have stopped and asked us where we got them from!

Fantastic is all I can say.  Thank you so much!  My little girl loves her
cape.   It is so handy for those little trips from car park into daycare
when struggling to get a little one into a coat for a 30 sec trip with no
tears and remain dry yourself is a battle.  With the cape problem solved,
just pop it over her head and away we go (nice and dry).  We have used it
alot (very wet this October) it works well with the front pack too.   Have
been telling all my "new Mum friends"  get one it invaluable.

Hi Barry,   We are very pleased with the Toi jacket and pants.  We were impressed by the efficient delivery of the product so thanks.  We have found the jacket and pants great for outdoor play - in the sandpit etc.  Hard wearing - they still look brand new!  The features we really like are the velcro wrist bands and how well the hood can be adjusted for wee heads.      Many thanks, great product.   Regards,
