Making a Return

Returns and Exchanges

If you return goods for any reason, please keep appropriate proof of despatch. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. All returned products must be: a) Unused, unopened and in original condition; b) Undamaged, and c) Received by us within 30 days of original delivery to you.

In the event of a return by you we will exchange or refund in the form of a Company gift voucher. However, you will pay the delivery costs of the return to us and any re-delivery to you. We will not refund initial delivery or credit card costs. You may not return an item because you have changed your mind.
